Wow! What an eye opener, I would like to quote a line from the movie Airheads; “I used to masturbate…constantly!”…now just get rid of used to and thats me. I am 31 and have absolutely lost my zest for life. I havnt been laid in over 2 years sincce my ex left me…for looking pornography of all things. Sometimes I give it a little wank because I feel like I have to, like Ill miss out on some grandiose fantasy with the pornstar who doesnt exist in my head. I can recall my time in the service. In basic training I went 8 weeks without masterbating, and it was the most motivating time of my life. I always assumed it had to do with the drill sergeant just scaring the crap outa me; but maybe it was something else. I am going to give the 7 day cycle a shot…although it will be tough…I’m already thinking about doing it again right now.
